·         If you prefer to work with Pizzazz, together we roll up our sleeves and stage a couple of the main areas of the home, demonstrating how to transform spaces.  We take some gorgeous photos and give them to you and your agent to use in marketing efforts.

• If Pizzazz does all the work from start to finish, we work from a custom action plan to transform your house. You walk away with a show-ready home and photographs for your agent’s marketing efforts.
